Another week has gone

Been awhile that I've written anything here. Gosh time really flew by so fast! Its end of another week. I am still taken my own sweet time, preparing this journal paper. Still stuck at the mathematical model to implement my solutions. Sometime I feel that I am so close to solving it but at times I felt lost in its complexities. "Ya Allah, guide me thru this, Amen".

A bit about what my research. I have zoomed in to the focus of my research. I have discovered that there is a promising scope to improve the QoS of service of multimedia traffic travelling on WLANs. The variation of CFP and SF in PCF-based WLAN transmission would affect the QoS of the applications travelling on it. If I could dynamically change/vary these parameters according to the QoS required by the applications, I would be able to provide better multimedia transmission and have enough bandwidth for data traffic as well. I could proof this my simulation but for the purpose of my PhD, I have to have a mathematical model to confirm the outcome. The simulation and mathematical models should tally. Need to research on suitable mathematical model to solve the problem and tune it to suit the scenario I am looking into.
