I Love U

Subhanallah, a beautiful Monday morning. I walked to uni today. Had an enjoyable walk. I plan to take the Massey Uni shuttle bus in the afternoon. I have to begin an intensive regime in order to reduce using the family car (to save $$ on petrol) and to keep fit inorder to stay healthy. Today I have to grasp and understand clearly the concepts in Round-robin. Got to present to Dr. Alam tommorrow. As I was reading the articles on WFQ, the screen-save on my PC started to play. It showed the pictures in my "my-picture" folder. Pictures of my family striked me most. I am so thank full to the Al-Mighty for giving such a beautiful and loving family. A caring wife, whom I love so much, who is also the "Ummi" of my children. Three beautiful healthy children, who are teaching me on how to be a good "Ayah" to them. Allah knows I have not succeeded in becoming a good "Ayah" to them, but I keep on trying. The conversation I had with my wife last night came to my mind. She said she felt that our daughter is not getting enough of our love since the arrival of Danial, 5 months ago. I disagreed with her. She quickly corrected her words by saying that what she meant was, Humaira is not getting enough attention since the arrival of Danial. That I agreed. Our attention is undoubtedly divided amongst our routines and non-routines in our lives. But our love has grown together with the number of children we have. I can feel these especially when I watch them sleep, or when I watch Ashraf and Humaira playing. Their laughters and tears, simply adds to my joy of having them as my children. Allah has allowed our hearts to grow the fruits of love, enough to quench the thirst of our family. I acknowledge Asiah's effort in educating the children and nursing them everyday at home while I go to study at the uni. I wish I could do more in helping her but I have to put effort into the progress of my studies. Being in a foreign place with our family and relatives, has educated us to treasure our family members even more.

To my family I LOVE YOU!
