THE ULTIMATUM

I've not been updating this blog for a while now. Alhamdulillah, I have the chance to do so today.

It is Ramadhan, Marhaban Ya Ramadhan, Ramadhan Mubarak to readers of this blog. May this holy month brings nuur to our hearts and brings Rahmah to all that embrace deserve.

Yeap, the past months have been tough. Sometimes I think that Allah has shown me a lesson. That is, to apprieciate the comfort that I have and to be thankful to Him for what he has given. Only that when it is taken away, would I appreciate its presence. Having, real friends back in Malaysia (thank you aeab for your offer), those who are willing to go out of their way to help, those who would not only go thru good times together, but thru bad times too, is difficult to come by. This is a test of us, the whole family.

Alhamdulillah, I have met the property manager that looks after the previous house. He didn't seemed to be happy. With the help from my dear friend Azahar, Aki and Kenji (who happen to visit us from Japan), we have cleaned the house and moved all things that belong to us to our new house. The property manager, lets call him, Bill, brough a list of things that have to be in the house. With the list as a reference, I showed him all things, still well kept. I fact there are more things that belong to the land lord that weren't in the list. He had to add it on himself. Bill was satisfied of the condition of the house and the stuff in it. He said, ok, and walked out of the house. IT IS SETTLED! We got off the hook. Praise be to Allah. For He has answered our prayers and put comfort back into our hearts, especially that of my wife's.

I had Azahar to thank, for helping me with the stuff, and boosting up my morale. We had a great time with the "shopping spree". To Aki and Kenji our "professional cleaners". Also to Erlane of Palmerstone North, for giving me the confidence in handling this case, for calling the Tribunal and city council. I very much appreciate it. To 101 realty, for your assistance in writing the termination request letter and pointing out the clause under the tenancy act. And to all our friends in K.L and family members who constantly pray for our well being here. I am gratefull to Allah that I have these group of people in my life. Jazakumullah Khair.
